User Guide: Log On

1. Enter your email address above to access the evaluation. You will be able to enter and exit your evaluation forms by using your email address to log-in.
2. Your email address must be the same for each log on, as your credit hours are grouped by your email address.
3. Once you have entered an evaluation for a session, that session will not appear on your evaluation forms.
4. When you have finished and submitted your evaluations, you will be able to print your accreditation certificate.
5. Always Log off when you have finished your evaluation session.
